In his role, he stewards leading the two Divisions towards achieving its growth goals by optimizing the team’s ability to address the needs of our valued clients in Nigeria and deliver world class solutions.
Kelly joined the company in this new position following a career spanning more than 25 years in marketing, sales and operations. He has spent over 9 years in senior roles internationally, leading startups in Russia, and China and optimizing upstream operations in Pakistan.
Also, Mr. Shideler’s commercial career history includes exposure to West Africa with Operators, Service Companies and Drilling Contractors alike.Anthony NwosuCountry Manager, Wellbore Construction DivisionMr. Anthony Nwosu joined AOS Orwell on August 1st 2018 as Country Manager – Wellbore Construction Division (WCD).
In his role, he is accountable for the overall growth of the Wellbore Construction Division (WCD) business in AOS Orwell and meeting the Division’s financial targets by effectively implementing a fit-for-purpose strategy, managing customers and stakeholders and supervising Divisional Sales Managers and Business Segment Managers (BSMs).
Mr. Anthony Nwosu assumed the Country Manager position, following over 16 (Sixteen years) in various Operations, Sales and Leadership positions in the Oilfield Services Industry. He has spent over 10 years in Senior Management roles in Product Line management, Drilling Services and Sales.
Mr. Nwosu’s career demonstrates strong Commercial Acumen and Strategy with exposure to business operations in Gabon, Ghana, South Africa, Qatar and Nigeria.Chioma AguTell us a bit of your career story at AOS Orwell before assuming your current position?
I started my career at AOS Orwell as a Front Desk officer on Senior Staff Cadre, moved to become Operations Support Officer working with the General Operations Manager and the entire operations team. After the merger in 2011, I become Assistant Procurement Manager. Currently, I serve as an Assistant General Manager – Procurement with the Supply Chain Unit. My responsibilities include ensuring the provision of goods, services and works as well as facility management at the best price not compromising safety, standard and quality.

I joined AOS Orwell as a Gardener. After finishing my morning duty, I used to join the Fishing team. Because of my hard working attribute, I was initially pulled out and placed on direct contract and later confirmed as a full Staff in Fishing workshop.

AOS Orwell Is a very good company in terms of training workers and Quality service. and I believe as you come to AOS Orwell your life will not remain the same.

My career ambition in AOS Orwell is to be the best Fishing Engineer. I have started going to the field already and I have made a good performance towards my ambition.

I joined AOS Orwell after my youth service and my career journeyed through Tubular Management and Inspection, Operations Management, Project Management especially the landmark opening of a new Facility in 2013. I am currently the deputy Gen Manager of OAL/TTNL in charge of Supply Chain Management

I started my career in AOS Orwell as Executive PA on senior staff cadre, moved to become Assistant Manager with management incorporating travel and logistics to my responsibilities. Presently I serve as the Travel and Logistics Manager with the responsibility to manage the company travels – International/Local, fleet, drivers, staff houses/hotels

I joined the company (Orwell int’l) as a graduate trainee. I moved through various departments and jobs, sales & business development, logistics, operations, I also gained field experience as a fishing tools supervisor for a few years before assuming my current role of coordinator for fishing and downhole tools.

A company that creates opportunity for personnel growth as well as being a purpose, revenue driven company aiming to be the best in our field of operation.

I read, and I play soccer.Omozaphue AkalumheDirectorMr. Akalumhe is a recipient of numerous awards for his achievements in corporate transformations. Over the years, Omozaphue has developed and implemented top-quartile business/people management and Human Resource strategies, policies and processes in the oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing and not-for-profit sectors. His experience in research and consulting has helped him to successfully manage change and business improvement efforts whilst ensuring seamless transition from strategy to execution.
Aside from core Human Resources skills, Omozaphue has competences in senior leadership/talent sourcing and development, coaching and mentoring, graduates development programme design/implementation, LEAN six sigma implementation, HAY job evaluation and ERP implementation.
He joined AOS Orwell from Pan Ocean Oil where he previously held the post of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Before Pan Ocean he was Human Resource Manager (Technical) in Shell Upstream International (Sub-Saharan Africa). He also worked with Accenture between 1997 and 2002.His career spans over 25 years.Mr. Akalumhe is a holder of MSC in International Human Resources Management from University of Cranfield, UK, BSc, & MSC (Economics) from University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
Femi OmotayoManaging DirectorMr. Omotayo is an entrepreneur with over 20 years Oil and Gas Industry experience owing to a solid technical foundation in international blue chip companies such as SHELL, Talisman Energy, Halliburton and AMEC. He was the founder of Orwell Oil and Gas International. Over the years, he has successfully combined the role of a visionary, an entrepreneur and a professional engineer.
Under Mr. Omotayo’s leadership, AOS Orwell acquired the businesses of Equipment and Controls Nigeria Limited, Oil tools Africa Limited and Titan Tubulars Nigeria Limited. The companies have been successfully integrated into the group and have evolved into strong contenders in the Oil and Gas Service Industry.
He obtained a BSc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Dundee, UK, Masters of Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College London and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Aberdeen.
A proud Nigerian, Mr. Omotayo works with several charity organizations to champion the cause for financial inclusion and education as a vehicle for social mobility. He is married with children.

She holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Lagos State University, an MBA in Engineering Business Managers from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom and an Executive Professional Certificate in Strategic Marketing Management (SMM) from Stanford Business School, USA.Charlotte has worked on several pipelines in the Niger Delta as an Engineer and sold various solution oriented offerings in the Industry at large.She has worked for various International and Indigenous Companies in different parts of the World. Gopinathan ChemmenkotilExecutive DirectorGopinathan is a focused Finance & Management Professional with rich experience in spearheading wide spectrum of financial management tools to drive organizational growth. He has led several projects which include relationship building, integration of companies, post M&A, fund raising, and ERP implementation. He is a strong believer of managing organization by financial objectives and team building across functions.
